Know which two-card hands are worth playing. Premium pairs, big aces, strong broadways, pocket pairs, and suited connectors make better flops and fewer traps.
Betting pattern
Raise premiums; fold weak offsuit trash (K-7, Q-8, J-6, A-3 offsuit). Do not play interesting-looking garbage.
